I am typing this post quickly as we have been without internet (GASP!!!) all day & it keeps cutting out even now! I really hope I can at least get this done! =/
Today is Card Creating Tuesday over at My Cricut Craftroom and today I am showing you two different cards that I made with some extra cuts I had lying around (Well not just "lying around...in my scrap cut box!!) Sometimes when I am making cards/projects, I cut the wrong size or I change my mind & all those extra cuts go into a drawer I have right in front of my work space. So I decided to pull it out & find something to make a couple of cards!
On this first one, the background is a cut from "Wild Card" and it is just one cut...usually it has a layer on it with a smaller, thinner diamond pattern...but I guess I had changed my mind & just cut this one! I can't remember where I cut the "Happy Birthday" from but it was in my scrap drawer just like this! Already put together! :) I added some Stampin Up ribbon (OMG!! I LOVE this ribbon!!!) and some turquoise gems and DONE!
For the second card I had this Winnie The Pooh face cut for the longest time & had him just sitting there looking at me everyday! LOL! So I put him on a card!He is cut from "Disney: Winnie-The-Pooh"....
Added some Stickles to him and then used an already stamped sentiment (punched out too!) and DONE!
SO the moral of the story is....NEVER throw away your "messed up" cuts from your Cricut! Put them in a drawer, box or basket....and on a rainy day (LOL!!) pull them out and you can create some quick cards! :)
Head on over to My Cricut CraftRoom for more Card Creating Tuesday! You won't be sorry!! My DT Sisters are amazing!
Until next time...

Ohhhh I love the blue card with the diamonds!
Laura,
I love both the cards but I'm a major pooh fan so I think he is absolutely adorable. I never thought to keep extra's like that. I'm gonna have to give it a try. Thanks for sharing.
God Bless
